Pink Polish ... It's Electric!

Spring is here, and with it, those perfectly pink nails. But whipping out a basic pink polish in a basic pink color? Meh. The new, trendy way to get sizzling pink nails is to layer fluorescent white polish under a sheer red, Allure says. The electric pink that results will "give a little attitude to this season's sweet, romantic pieces," says Ji Baek of the Rescue Beauty Lounges in New York City.
