THE LOOK: Shiseido's Artistic Director Dick Page—a world-renown makeup artist with a decade of runway experience—calls this modern-vixen look "scruffy sexy." Amidst Alexander Wang's quilted bomber jackets and double-breasted wool blazers, Page vamped things up with strikingly shadowed eyes, and barely-there lips and cheeks. The secret, he said, is getting an "easy and undone" look, but with high color: "Forget touch-ups. It's makeup. Let it slip and slide! It's supposed to be smudgy and wild." But Page's most impressive (and mind-boggling) tip? Apply foundation after your eye makeup. It gives eyes a diffused, "racy" look, and keeps them from looking overly done-up.
