We found this quote in, of all places, The Wall Street Journal.
"Ms. Martyn says she has learned to sleep flat on her back, keeping a pillow on either side of her face -- a trick, she says, to help her avoid getting a double chin. "I can tell if my clients use pillows by looking at their chins," she says."
Um...last time we checked, a double chin comes from too many doughnuts, not sleeping, right? It's rumored that you can get wrinkles after years and years of sleeping on your side, but a double chin? We think that's a stretch. We're checking the veracity of this statement with an expert, so stay tuned. But my my money rests on "bull-shoot."
