THE LOOK: When Shiseido's Dick Page creates a look, there are no shortcuts. Case in point: To craft a vibrant eye worthy of Proenza's catwalk, he custom-created two blue powders and a silver-gray cream to go underneath. "It was a bit of an organic beauty chemistry moment for me," he says. He swept the gray cream over the entire eye—it makes powder stick better!—then blended cobalt on lids, followed with teal all the way up to the brow. No mascara. No liner. Just fresh skin with a little shimmer, a nude lip, and those wild eyes. Then, on to this fabulous Bond Girl-esque hair that swished and swooped down the runway ... for that, cue ghd's own Omar Lopez below, who definitely describes it best.
