The ghd Files!

If my hair could talk? It would say, "Stop flat-ironing me to death and get a style that one-ups pancake-flat, please." So thankfully a) it doesn't, and b) ghd is coming to the rescue anyway! The fabulous hair brand —who primped behind the scenes at Proenza, Monique Lhuillier, GQ, etc. during fashion week —is adopting my hair for the next few months, dolling out their expert advice, so we can all learn what makes a great cut, style, color, and the like. I met with ghd stylist Craig Carter at Carlos Lobo Salon yesterday to discuss the big tress transformation—that's him plotting his pretty plans at left!—and he has amazing ideas on how to work in layers for more volume and dimension as our first mission.
