Admiring Leela's amazing look from her recent wedding, I was reminded of my very first post on Beauty And The Blog (I think it was our very first post ever!) of my very expensive, so-worth-it lash extensions that I did special for my then upcoming nupitals. Nearly a year-and-a-half of married bliss later, the lashes are gone but I've been hard at work testing every lash growth product I can get my hands on to get the same length and fullness I had with those extensions. If you haven't heard, the most popular ones are causing quite the controversy (hmm, vision or lashes? i think i'd rather see, thanks) but we just got word at the Sephora offices in San Francisco that Peter Thomas Roth's highly anticipated Lashes To Die For lash lengthening product will soon be available at Sephora. It's taking everything in me not to pick up the phone and seriously stalk Peter Thomas Roth's PR rep to give me all the lush-lash deets. (Darn weekend!) And the greatest part? It apparently works for brows too. ZING! I swear on my beauty bible to keep you posted on when, what, where and how much. Till then, I have some beauty investigative reporting (speak: shaking down) to do. In the meantime, check out this W Magazine article written last month about it. Very interesting. - Joannie McIntyre

I'm very eager to try this because it sounds like a miracle, but am a little concerned about what it might do to sight (as a similar product has been recalled.) Hopefully this is safer.
According to this pregnant women may want to consider not using this product, although I don't know if the quantity of this active ingredient is harmful:
