Talk To The Tan: The Story!

Have you seen Benefit's new face tint, Talk To The Tan? No, that's not LiLo on the packaging—though the monster lunettes and megawatt bronze complexion may suggest otherwise. Turns out that the bottle model is a Benefit alumn named Renee. While enjoying an after-work beverage with the beauty-full Benefit gals, I got the 411 from their talented Product Packaging Designer, Sara Huston, who admits she's heard a lot of comparisons between Talk To The Tan and the infamous Lohan.

"I was actually inspired by vintage photographs, itty-bitty bikinis, and sun wear from the 60's. We chose Renee because of her ability to show attitude with her facial expressions. The photo shoot and makeup application were a breeze. To get Renee's custom glow, we applied a few layers of Talk to the Tan and topped her look off with Sugar Cookie lipstick from the Love your Look collection. We shot away playing with different angles and expressions, laughing the whole time."

Way to keep things all in the tan fam!
