Inside SOS: Sun & Teeth Facts!

Another day of SOS (Science of Sephora) training, another round of oooh/ahhh facts! Today, we delved into the worlds of suncare and smilecare. As promised, here's some insider knowledge to keep in your pretty pockets.

-Most of your aging occurs before you turn 18 years old. (This made me shudder!)

-Only 33% of us wear sunscreen. (This should make everyone shudder! USE PROTECTION!)

-1 in 75 of us will be diagnosed with melanoma in our lifetime. Compare this to 1 in 600 in 1960.

-5 or more burns doubles your risk of skin cancer.

-Every time you reapply SPF, your protection time is halved. So: The longer you're out in the sun, the more frequently you have to reapply your sunscreen.

-To help whiten teeth, eat foods that require a lot of chewing, like apples, celery, and carrots, which act as natural exfoliants for the teeth.

-Teeth-grinding problem? Try GoSmile's PM toothpaste. It's infused with chamomile and lavender, which calm and keep you from fidgeting your jaw while you sleep.

Want more? See yesterday's list o' facts--or wait for tomorrow's roundup!

I'm the kind of hombre who enjoys to taste hot things. Presently I'm building my personal photovoltaic panels. I am managing it all alone without the assistance of my men. I'm using the internet as the only path to acheive this. I stumbled upon a very brilliant site that explains how to make solar panels and so on. The site explains all the steps required to solar panel construction.

I'm not exactly sure about how accurate the data given there is. If some guys over here who have xp with these works can have a look and give your feedback in the site it will be grand and I'd really appreciate it, cause I truly lav solar panel construction.

Thanks for reading this. You guys rock.
