My name is Hope (aka second half of The Jet Set Girls). I'm a beauty fanatic like many of you and chances are we share a lot in common. I'm a mother, I work, I love makeup and fashion, and I love going out with my girlfriends (especially on short getaways!).

Last August, Anne and I started The Jet Set Girls as a way to share our enthusiasm for all things related to women's travel, which is what lead me to you today!

I live in Washington, D.C. and in the summer walking outside is like walking into a steam room. I use these products to keep me fresh, my hair in check, and my face glowing--not greasy.

This summer I use the Eau de Parfum spray daily. It's totally refreshing and it reminds me of the Sagamore Hotel in Miami where they stock the rooms with Fresh products.


Phytodefrisant Botanical Hair Relaxing Balm
I've tried tons of products to reign in the frizz and I always come back to Phyto. I use it before I use anything else, whether I'm going smooth and sleek or beach girl curl.



Philosophy's Senorita Margarita
This shampoo, conditioner and body wash combo is my summer in a nutshell: laughing over chips and guacamole with my girlfriends and a pitcher of margs.




Laura Mercier's Flawless Face Kit
I've been using these products separately for years. Her primer, tinted moisturizer, and translucent powder give you perfect, light coverage without making you look overdone or cakey. They're conveniently packaged together by Sephora (at a great price!).


Michael Kors Leg Shine
This makes your legs look tan and sexy and it smells great too. I think all my friends have received this as a gift at one time or another because it's such a crowd pleaser.
