Earlier this year, Sephora and Make Up For Ever held the first-ever Lash Pimpin' Contest—and we were seriously wowed by all the fierce flutters our Beauty Insiders created for it. Feast your eyes on the winning fringe! It's courtesy of Oxana Sandoval, who "wanted to create a wonderland, a fantasy world." Bull's eye, I say. Now, the wonder-wink winner is off to the Make Up For Ever Academy in Paris to meet the brand founder, Dany Sanz. Luckily, Oxana had time to walk us through the steps she took to create this look before she says bon voyage.
