Tried + Tested: Tarte Lips Ahoy

Does this sound familiar:

1. I swear I had that lip gloss a second a go.
2. Darn it all in a hand- basket. I think I left my perfect peach gloss in my other bag.
3. Wasn't that oh-so pretty rose glacé just here in my pocket or was it my jacket?
4. I guess I'll just give that shade up to the gloss gods…lucky suckers.

If you answered Yes to one or more of these Qs, you may be a chronic lip gloss misplacer.

Fortunately, that lovable Maureen Kelly from Tarte has just the ticket this summer to banish those sticky situations. It's called Tarte Lips Ahoy limited edition t5 Super Fruit Lipgloss Set ($30), a pack of four vanilla-scented mini-glosses packaged in a cute little nautical pouch (love that star fish!).

The double-ended (do I really need to repeat my all-out love for the dble action?) literally fit-in-the-palm-of-your-hand dispensers offer universally-flattering, with just the right amount of shine, shades. There's a gold infused coral paired with a shimmering pink (called Cherry & Dallas) and a sheer pink and apricot with a golden wash (that name is Annie & Sam). And my personal pick is the Angela & Jordan stick, pretty pretty peach with a deep, gold-infused mauve.

As is the trend with the Tarte, these gorge glosses are all packed with a super fruit complex that promises anti-aging action, restorative properties and skin smoothers. So go ahead and toss one of these bad boys in each bag--you'll be a chronic misplacer no more. (Insert emoticon for tooth-y smile.)
