THE LOOK: Pita wanted to capture the unpredictability of real-girl hair for Doo.Ri's spring show. "Hair moves and gets caught under scarves or in collars—we're not going to fix it if that happens," says Pita. He prepped the models with a volumizing spray before blow-drying their hair straight and creating a deep side part, then he used a texturizing spray on top to rough hair up a bit. He finished the look by ironing just the ends, so they took on a slightly tougher quality, to contrast the flowy fabrics and softer silhouettes of the clothes.
