BEAUTY BOTTOM-LINE: Juicy red lips. Need we say more?

THE LOOK: The mood was a little 'he loves me, he loves me not' backstage at Thakoon. With blossomed red roses printed on silhouettes and dresses in draping sheer fabrics, how could we not get in the mood? Then, when we saw the sexy look Dick Page, Makeup Artistic Director for Shiseido created, we became even more flustered. “There was a boudoir type of thing going on with the clothes,” said Page. Which inspired the not-so-super-glossy, but glossy red lips. Instead of lining the lips with a red liner for definition, Page recommended using it all over to add more texture. For the rest of the face he played off the transparency of the fabrics and kept skin, lids and brows sheer and natural. Go out on a date wearing this look and he’s sure to say he loves you!
