For another year, you great girls and readers of the shopping tome Lucky have voted Sephora.com your fave spot for all things beauté on the www. And we quote from this year's Annual Shopping Awards issue: "It's difficult to find a mascara or lip palette that Sephora, home to hundreds of beauty brands, doesn't carry. The website also wins points for being astonishingly organized."


We work hard here so you don't have to when you need to get the goods. So thanks again for all the praise.

I am a Beauty Insider member with Sephora. What I don't like is sote personnel should constantly clean up their displays, and check for items "out of stock." It is really frustrating to go into a Sephora, and get dirty makeup samples, nasty unkempt displays, and a Beauty Advisor with a vague expression saying "I don't know when we will get more of that shade..." How frustrating!!!

I'm passing along your comments to our ops team here, and I'm sorry you've had such a disappointing experience! You're right - it really is frustrating to find empty shelves and messy makeup in place of what you came for.
I know our teams want a visit to Sephora to be heavenly - and feedback like yours is one of the best ways to make sure that happens!
