First Impressions: MD Skincare Skin Happens-Even Out! Kit

I have fearlessly volunteered my finicky face to test-drive MD Skincare’s Skin Happens-Even Out! Kit—and let me tell you, this assortment of complexion perfectors started out with an uphill battle. I began using this regimen last weekend, when my skin was in a sad state (aka blemish central). I figured things couldn’t get much worse, so I gave this set a go. First impression: Things are looking up!

My initial thoughts:
- EZ4U 4-in-1 Facial Treatment-Normal/Oily Skin: I pack these in my gym bag and use them to wash my face before I hit the treadmill. It effectively washes off my makeup without drying out my skin. Pet peeve: sweaty, tight, dry skin. Blech.

- Alpha Beta Daily Face Peel: This seems to be taming my breakouts and calming my skin in general. Texture feels great. It doesn’t sting AT ALL, which is a sensation I usually associate with peels (and dislike). I’m excited to see what the long-term results are!

- Powerful Sun Protection SPF 30: This is too heavy for me to use on a daily basis (my T-zone gets too greasy), but for a day out in the sun, it’s perfect. If I layer my mineral makeup over it, I get major, mattified sun protection.

- All-in-one Cleansing Foam: I’ve been using this with my Clarisonic brush, and it’s been leaving my skin squeaky clean and soft. It’s regulating my T-zone oiliness without drying out my cheeks. I’ve always been a fan on foamy face washes, too. Bullseye!

- Tinted Moisturizer Sunscreen SPF 15: I want MORE! Most tinted moisturizers simply sit on top of my skin, which can look greasy. This one blends and builds like a dream, moisturizes, evens my skin tone, AND packs SPF, a must for my daily moisturizer. I need to go buy the full size, asap. L-O-V-E it.

- Continuous Eye Hydration: A little goes a long way. Like the moisturizer, it’s non-greasy. Plus points!
