It's possible to create over 30,000 looks with Sephora's new Ultimate Blockbuster Palette. We wanted in on all that pretty, so this month, 30 Sephora staffers are giving themselves makeovers using the palette. How whoa! will they go?

Jessica picked bronze, russet and plum shades that worked well with her fiery red hair. She began with a sheer bronze dusted across her lids, then used a deep plum as a wet liner for her upper eyelids. She finished off with a shimmery champagne across her brow bone, then tapped a bit into the inner corner of her eyes to make the colors really pop.
For her lips, she picked a pale peachy-pink, then swirled on the russet blush to really pull the look together.
