S.O.S. For A Sloppy Closet

My closet looks like it's been tossed by the mob.

Shoes litter the floor, knotted balls of belts are wedged corners, and because I have yet to enforce my "one piece in, one piece out" rule, my closet is like a tin of wool & cotton sardines. In short, I have no idea what's in there.

Whoever created this site understands my calculated mess: Closet Couture is a free site that lets you create a virtual closest by uploading pics of your clothes. You can do other things there (shop, find a stylist, browse fashion photogs), but I didn't really check those features out yet. Too busy creating a virtual closet - and this one, I'm keeping clean.

Hi All, Thanks for posting about Closet Couture! We are so excited to have launched and we love that you are excited too. We have so many great things to do on the site, and a fabulous group of online / virtual stylists who can make whole new outfits out of your same things, and you can try on potential new purchases with what you already have. Do come on and see what we are all about! xx Chris

Thank you so much for posting this! I had never heard about that site before. The virtual closet feature instantly reminded me of the movie Clueless which was one of my favorites as a kid. My favorite part about it: Cher's computer program that she would pick her outfits out on and her awesome "closet". I've always wanted something like that ever since. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. It even told her how many times she had worn a particular outfit. I can't wait to try out the virtual closet and other features! Thanks again!
