Fantasy Makeover: Picks For Hollywood Vampires

I finally saw Twilight this weekend. Yes, Edward is hot. But let's be realistic: I work at Sephora. What I really couldn't tear my eyes away from was the makeup.

The job wasn't offered to me (I know! Surprised me, too), but if I had been the makeup artist on-set, here's what I would have used:

Fresh Twilight Freshface Glow
It's not going to make a girl glitter like a vampire in the sun, but this primer definitely gives a sheer hint of dewy sparkle.

Kat Von D True Romance Eyeshadow Palette - Beethoven
A Gothic novel about vampires. I believe this pick is what's commonly referred to as a "no-brainer."

Guerlain Midnight Butterfly Sublime Radiant Powder
I'd layer this sparkling powder over the Fresh primer. Plus it's a spray, so no blending required - an important feature when working with vampires who have unblendably icy complexions.

Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick
This is just being practical. You know all that biting has simply got to ruin a person's lips.

Stila Paint Your Pout Red Talking Palette
I noticed no one in the movie had red lips. What I'd like to know is why in the world not? What's the point of being a vampire if you don't get to make red lips your signature?

If you were in charge of the looks for Twilight (ok, or any movie starring vampires), what would you pick?

Rosalie actually had red lips. And Edward's were stained a nice berry!

I'd definitely do the Kat von D shadows. She makes Goth seem fresh and sexy.

We have the scoop on the lip looks for both Bella and Edward:

It was Benefit - two different berry shades! I loved Rosalie's lips, but wanted to see more red!

Yea, I know what you mean. When people say vampire, i see the color red. Red lips, red blood, red satin dresses, red nails on pale faces with black hair... but that's just me. Not to mention every cover of the Twilight books has a very bold red on it
