Get the Look: Korres Sugar Plum

We loved what we saw at the Korres Sugar Plum event in October so much, that we asked them to send us their expert instructions on how to score the plum-pretty look. Get your Sugar Plums set and give it a shot!

Step 1: PREP
Make your skin bright with Korres’ new Thyme Honey Scrub, which sloughs off the dull layer of dead skin cells to even out and soften up your complexion.

Step 2: COMPLEXION
For a natural look, apply a very sheer layer of Ginger & Vitamins Foundation SPF 10 all over the face. Dab and blend Vitamin Concealer over spots that stand out, like blemishes, dark under-eye circles, and sun spots. Finish off with a wash of Multivitamin Compact Powder, applied with the Retractable Travel Brush. Make sure powder is evenly disbursed throughout the brush hair, and blend it with a light hand for an even, smooth look.

Step 3: EYES
Apply the Soft Eye Liner Pencil in Silver 5S onto the inner third of the eye, very close to the lash line. Using a small brush, blend any edges away, so it looks like a cloud of shimmer around the inner eye. Then apply Plum Shimmering Eyeshadow (in the set) over the entire lid. Layer the shadow to create more darkness around the outer third of the eyelid and blend inward, so the color is slightly lighter where it meets the silver liner. Then drag the shadow just under the outer corner of the eye, making sure to blend all outer edges. For a more dramatic evening look, the eye may be rimmed with Soft Eyeliner Pencil in Black 1S.

Step 4: LASHES
For beautiful full lashes apply 1-2 coats of Deep Colour Mascara in black, making sure to cover every lash root to tip. This easy-to-layer formula contains pro-vitamin B5 to strengthen, moisturize, and condition the lashes. Rice oil intensifies color for the ultimate glossy, rich finish.

Step 5: CHEEKS
Double dip your blush brush into Blush #15 Golden Nude & #16 Pink Rose, and apply the mix to the apples of the cheeks. Be sure to go no closer to your nose than from the pupil down and apply with a light touch.

Step 6: LIPS
Smooth on the Lip Butter in Plum from the set for a sheer pop of color. (This doubles as a cheek color, too!) Then top it with the Cherry Full Color Gloss in Plum 27 (also from the set) for a modern, high-gloss, and high-fashion look.
