My friend Erin LOVES sparkles. She claims it has been her favorite color since the age of three. Ask her what she thinks of your outfit (or sofa, or recent car purchase, etc.), and she’ll reply, “Um, I like it, but what if you throw a lil spaaarkle on there...?” Erin is a firm believer that, no matter what, whomever has the most sparkles wins.

As for me, I tend to shy away from sporting the sparkle. It has always seemed a little too showy, semi-juvenile, and (gasp!) cheesy.
