File this under way over my head: The experts at Allure recently reported on a most curious customer incentive program. It seems that Finnair is now offering cosmetic surgery procedures that can be bought with miles earned on the airline’s flights. The rewards available include hair replacement surgeries; “multi-layer facials;” eye lifts; and—wait for it—boob jobs. Less invasive experiences, like spa days, may also be purchased rewarded. (And yes, in case you are wondering, Finnair is still gifting the traditional buy-backs like upgrades and free seats.) So now comes the class participation portion of this post: Tell me do such incentives make you more willing to fly the friendly (although quite likely judgmental) skies? –Jenna Mahoney

Yes, there have been many times when I was sitting in my seat, midair, wistfully looking out the window wondering why the heck I couldn't get that new set of boobs with all those miles I've earned!
Seriously...where the heck do they come up with these things??
Hahah that is ridiculous!
Facials and spa experience are ok, I draw the lines at cosmetic surgery. Just because I'm a wimp who can't stand the thought of being cut open. Shudders.
