I’m obsessed with obtaining a perfect complexion. And I’m pretty sure I think about getting glowing more times than I covet the body of a Hollywood trainer. Lately, my quest for perfection is lasered on those little lines across my forehead that aren't so small anymore. And it looks like I’m not alone. According to a recent study conducted in England, we women think about the signs of aging more than 250 times a week. Break it down daily and we worry about our bodies 36 times each day on average. The study concentrated on negative thoughts (don’t we all? I mean when was the last time you thought, Wow! I love my _blank_?) that are especially linked to aging. And I’ll admit that the further I get away from 20, the more I worry about looking/feeling/sounding young. Aside: Good thing I’m well versed in all things Twilight. So I’m wondering are you girls in the same boat? Is growing old gracefully one of your biggest beauty concerns? And if not what is? My second biggest: Having amazing hair. –Jenna Mahoney

totally my latest concern! I am soo worried about this thin skin under my eyes that looks more wrinkled when I apply concealer. What to do? Get bit by a vampire?
I'm 31 and rarely think about it. Having a chronic illness, though, has really put everything in perspective for me, at least.
well...vamps do have the best skin!
I think about it a lot because I feel young on the inside so it always takes me aback when I look in the mirror and my face doesn't reflect how I feel (i.e. young)! I must say though, for being almost 38 years old I don't look half bad! Growing up, people have always told me I look a lot younger than my age and even to this day, they still do. Most people think I am in my late 20's so I'd say I'm doing pretty good! :)
And about the thinning skin under your eyes, unfort that is genetics; I am of Italian descent so we have a genetic disposition for such things. There isn't much that we can do aside from more invasive cosmetic procedures (injectable fillers)- all those creams won't do much but can help soften it a little so it won't look as crepey.
Skin skin skin! I am obsessed with keeping my complexion smooth, glowing and blemish free. I believe in growing old gracefully but not without a fight. I'm gonna take down as many serums, peels and creams on my way to the grave
