Haven't seen this from other blogs/companies and it's a GREAT idea! Kudos.
Those hair feathers may look cute but they are the opposite of cruelty-free. The feathers are sourced from genetically altered birds designed to grow those feathers who often don't survive the pluckings. They also breed birds for their tailfeathers, keep them alive for a year while the feathers get long enough and are killed after they are plucked.
Google it!
I didn't know this myself until I read an article about it so I'm hoping that others don't know either and wouldn't use them if they were aware.
