I just got back from Alaska, and I was FISHING for red salmon (Sockeye) there and it's one of my favorite fish, of course! I have so many recipes for it, and getting it fresh... well there just isn't any better way to do it!

I used to LOVE Salmon before I became a vegetarian, but now I can make such a mean frittata! I also do a wonderful green shake, made with soy milk, fresh spinach, frozen berries, flax and chia seeds. So yummy and good for you! I also keep lots of nuts and berries in my diet just for the omega 3's, taking a supplement of that too. Have to supplement my fish oils somehow!
