Thanks for the Brokelyn shout out, Jenna! Here are my can't live withouts, which I occasionally admit to doing without, depending upon the budget:
- highlights from Borja (a genius)
- Mally Roncal's various eye-brightening pencils and powders
- custom-blended concealer from 3 Custom Color
- a fragrance I love--right now it's YSL Parisienne, but also L'Artisan Verte Violette
- Dauphin/Fibrogene face cream
- Estee Lauder brow pencil
Still in search of that perfect lipstick!

This time of year I can't live without my Philosophy Hope in a Jar. My skin gets so dry during the winter and this is the only moisturizer that works wonders without making my skin break out. I also can't live without my Burt's Bees Chapstick...mmm...love that peppermint fresh feel on my lips!

I took me a forever to find the perfect mix of makeup and body products. The list may seem long but the true test of any products worthiness is whether you or anyone else continuously buys the same product(s) over and over again. For me, most of these have been a mainstay in my beauty regime for YEARS. I love them so much, I don't search for better or different products. So here goes... I absolutely can't live without these:

1. VS Pink body lotion in Fresh and Clean scent

2. Philosophy Hope in a Bottle

3.BE bareVitamins Prime Time foundation primer

4. BE Mineral Veil (Feahther Light)

5. MAC Studio Fix Liquid SPF15

6. NARS Bronzing Powder in Laguna (amazing color and sheen)

7. UD Primer Potion (eye makeup stays put ALL DAY)

8. Beautyblender makeup sponges (expensive but totally worth it)

9. MAC Mineralized Blush in Pleasantry

10. MAC Eyeshadows in Club and Shroom (I wear these colors 90% of the time)

11. MAC Fibre Rich Lash (lashes look lush, full and soft - on my gazillionth tube of it!!)

12. Philosophy lipgloss in Powdered Sugar Cookie (its the perfect gloss. Great shimmer and shine, not too thick and tastes amazing!)

13. BE On The Spot liquid q-tips (great for makeup mishaps and I tend to get makeup in my eyebrows so they are great for removing excess makeup from them)

14. D&G Light Blue perfume (my sig scent)

15. Clinique facial soap bar #3 (I lather the bar in a an oil of olay facial cloth and scrub away. Best facial cleansing combo of products I've ever used)

Its a lot but most of these products last up to 6 months except for the body lotion and mascara.

Maybeline Lash Stiletto (longest lashes everrr)

i have everything and more, i just received some Benefit products recently and they are wonderful. Benefit lip and cheek stain in Posie, Eye bright, and powderflage, which has gotten terrible reviews but is great for my sckin and coloring, i as a fair complected redhead. Love Elizabeth Ardens 8 hour skin protectant, i put this on my lips. Origins eye creme with caffiene, it gives yur eyes that pop you need in the morning. Love my Bare Minerals makeup too, it is just something you cant beat!!

1. Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer- a splurge but totally worth it! It's just recently gotten hooked, it's like three products in one.

2. Murad acne treatment concealer. AMAZING. Has great coverage and really shrinks blemishes.

3. Chanel aqualumiere gloss in bonbon- perfect nude pink with the most luxurious texture

My can't live without is ExfoliShave. I have a thing for having uber-smooth legs (and beyond) and this product gives me the sexiest shave out there, and it honestly reduces the frequency with which I need to shave. Wouldn't go back to 1.99 shave cream if you paid me.

I cannot live without my moisturizing lotion facial pack. I use this every time after taking a shower. Thankfully, my skin is soft and radiant!!
Also, I love to live with Shiseido liquid foundation which is perfect for my yellow-toned skin. This product brings Asian beauty on my face! No eyeshadow, no mascara, no blush. Just one swipe of this foundation is enough for me.

I think we are all trying to find ways to be Recessionistas with all of our financial diets. I too am trying to use up some of my product reserve (as well as give them for gifts). But I can't live without:
a great facial moisturizer (right now its Wei East)
a good facial scrub (Origins Modern Friction)
mascara (Imju Fiberwig)
chapstick (Savannah Bee Mint Julep)
and Q-tips (silly I know, but I recently moved and haven't had them for 2 weeks)

I have very dark undereye circles so Clinique All About Eyes concealer is definitely a must-have. Pretty much everything else I could get by on drugstore brands. Speaking of, Maybelline Lash Stiletto is the BEST drugstore mascara and it's only about $6! Check it out if you're looking to save on mascara.

After many bad haircuts, I will never skimp on hair procedures (unless its something that is meant to wash out). Like you, I will forgo a trim for a while to be able to afford a good cut, and my stylist will cut it so that it grows out well. I'm a bit of a product junkie, but I've found that my pricey (ish) hair and skin products last me a long time, so it evens out in the long run. Oh, and makeup and eyeshadow primers are a must.

I've discovered the perfume section at TJ Maxx, which has been very helpful in saving me money in this area (though I am on a perfume buying diet). I got a Burbery perfume for $20 AND Vera Wang for $40.

Tarte Park Ave Princess bronzer

Tarte Flush cheek stain (insane glow to the skin and awesome "coming in from the cold" look.)

Urban Decay shadow primer in sin (doubles as primer AND base shadow!!)and 24/7 pencil in zero

Kat Von D Beethoven shadow palette (All the colors I would ever need! I'm a smoky eyes girl always and the matte black and brown are great to double as brow powder.)

SKIN CARE: Murad Acne Spot Treatment is some thing I cannot live with out (and neither can my husband!) I also need the Murad Resurgence Age-Balancing Night Cream which also really helps with the breakouts.

EYES: Urban Decay Primer Potion and 24/7 eyeliners are products I cannot get through a day with out.

FACE: BE foundation and mineral veil. Tarte Cheek Stain in Blushing bride (when people say that this is a great universal shade they are right!)

LIPS: Any Stila lip gloss... love, love, love them! (If only they had SPF...)
